Compare Instagram Followers

How it works

  1. Select Create Export.

    The Instagram “download your information” tool landing page.

  2. Select a single Instagram account.

  3. Select Export to your device.

    Choose where to export. You can export info to your device or to an external service. 'Export to device' is selected.

  4. Select Customize information.

    Confirm your export. The 'Customize information' button is highlighted.

  5. Scroll to Followers and following and select it.

    You can leave everything else turned off.

  6. Set Date range to All time.

    Set Format to JSON.

    Select Start export.

    Create files to download. Date range: All time. Format: JSON.

  7. Wait for Instagram to generate the files This could take a few minutes if you’re popular.

    Download it when it’s ready.

    Current activity. Available downloads: one file set.

  • All processing happens right here in your browser.
  • You can use this tool offline once the page has loaded.
  • We only read the followers and following lists from your Instagram data. Nothing else is accessed.
